Want to invest in buying forest?
"Buy land - they're not making it anymore"
(Mark Twain)
Forest is a sound low-risk asset that effectively diversifies your investment portfolio. In countries where forest may be freely sold such as Estonia and Finland, demand for forest holdings constantly exceeds supply, but a lot of land continues to come on the market and opportunities for investment are good to excellent.
You can sell timber when markets are bullish and wood prices high, but even in recession - unlike shares, bonds and funds - your forest will continue to steadily grow and accumulate wealth. It's a sure thing and an excellent way to spread risk in your investments.
No annual fees
Innofor specialises in purchasing and managing private forests at minimum costs to the investor: we have no annual fees, you only pay for management operations - and we only carry out justified actions.
You can also manage your forest with primarily carbon capture and/or biodiversity protection in mind, or balance all three issues: timber sales, carbon and nature.
